Personalized Baby Boy Gift

There are so many over the counter gifts that a mom could buy for his baby boy’s birthday, but what is that one thing that you could give your baby boy that would make you smile everytime you see him? Right…A personalized baby gift that a mom could make for her baby.

You could see stuffed dolls, toys in the toy department of stores but nothing would beat a gift that would come from the toil of your hard work. Perhaps a nice stuffed doll made personally by you. A personalized hand sewn embroidery on a baby towel of your baby’s name on one corner. Consider a personalized blanket that you could hand sew by yourself. Making a quilt that your baby could use for a very long time until maybe he is five or six years old. Or a throw pillow, personalized and customized for your baby’s needs. Match it with a nice pillow personally made by you and decorated by you.  Or perhaps a redecoration of you baby boy’s room personlized for his boyish needs with a wonderful ambiance that both you and your baby would enjoy.

Perhaps a nice stuffed doll made personally by you. This is a bit difficult to do if you think of it but it could be easy if you know how to sew. All you need to do is cut out the shape of the stuffed doll that you would like to give you baby and cut out the features of the doll later which you will hand sew on it once it is already stuffed. Cut the shape of the doll on two sheets of cloth that you have personally chosen to use for the doll and sew them togther, afterwhich you have to stuff them with soft materials to make it look cleanly stuffed. Then you may hand sew the ornaments that you would like to put on the doll. Or you may do this the other way around, by sewing the decorations on the doll first and then stuff it.

A personalized hand sewn embroidery on a baby towel  of your baby’s name on one corner. You may do this one on a sewing machine or with the use of your hands. Perhaps you could buy your baby a regular prized towel and personally embroider the towel with the design you like on one corner or more. You may put you baby’s name, which is very common, or perhaps other shapes and designed, personally chosen by you for you baby. Your personalized gift would definitely last a long time, as towels have a long life span and like the stuffed doll, you could tell your baby once he’s old enough to understand, that you personally made that gift for him.

Personalized blankets, throw pillows, pillow cases. You may also make you baby his own blanket, throw pillows and pillow cases personally made by you. You may use existing pillow is the nursery and decorate them with embroidery or make a quilt out of old cloth that you may have around the house. You may make pillow cases with you own designs and let your baby enjoy them for a very long time. Personalize your baby’s bed needs with your creative ideas and artistic creativity.

Redecorate you baby boy’s room. Maybe this would be good for your growing up baby boy. At age four babies start becoming independent and therefore you have to do some redecoration for the room. Remove all those toddler things that you have in there and transform your baby’s room into a young boys room. Start making room for white boards, or drawing boards, toy shelves, beds and a lot of playroom space. You’re baby is growing and learning. Make room for a small library or young people’s books and a small table where you child could play around with his toys and create his colorful drawings and express his artistic skills.

Perhaps you could improvise for some of your babies needs and give him a personalized gift that he would maybe not remember but at least enjoy at these periods of his babyhood.
